MMAS License Pricing

The cost of the MMAS license is a flat fee of $6,000 per study up to 1000 administrations. Translations of the MMAS from a third party ISO 17100:2015 certified company are $300 each. A commercial license is required for more than 1000 administrations. The method of administration of the MMAS-8 or MMAS-4 is by paper form or using our ePRO digital diary web platform, app, or API.

MMAS Commercial License (Subscription)

Our Annual Subscription Package provides unlimited administrations of the MMAS4 or MMAS8 English and Validated Translations starting at $5,000 with a minimum of subscription of 2 years. This is the preferred option if you are an insurance carrier, pharmaceutical company, have multiple studies ongoing or are providing continuity of care throughout your hospital system. The method of administration of the MMAS-8 or MMAS-4 is by paper form or using our ePRO digital diary web platform, app, or API.

In 2015, Medicare began offering monthly reimbursements for chronic care management (CCM). Use of the Morisky Scale for CCM services are billed under CPT 99490 for chronically ill Medicare patients and include at least 20 minutes of non-face to face time directed by a physician or other qualified health care professional, per calendar month. Consent must be documented in the patients medical record.
