A commercial license is required for more than 1000 administrations. Translations of the MMAS from a third party ISO 17100:2015 certified company. The method of administration of the MMAS-8 or MMAS-4 is by paper form or using our ePRO digital diary web platform, app, or API.

MMAS Commercial License (Subscription)

Our Subscription Package provides unlimited administrations of the MMAS4 or MMAS8 English and Validated Translations. This is the preferred option if you are an insurance carrier, pharmaceutical company or have multiple studies ongoing or are providing continuity of care throughout your hospital system. The method of administration of the MMAS-8 or MMAS-4 is by paper form or using our ePRO digital diary web platform, app, or API.

If you are an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) or a hospital system that bills Medicare, in 2015 Medicare began offering monthly reimbursements for chronic care management (CCM). Use of the Morisky Scale for CCM services are billed under CPT 99490 for chronically ill Medicare patients and include at least 20 minutes of non-face to face time directed by a physician or other qualified health care professional, per calendar month. Consent must be documented in the patients medical record.
